- To access the community amenities, there is an optional $10 daily fee that must be paid at the pool. There is a 2nd option to purchase a weekly pass for $35, which can be picked up at the Big Bass Administration Office. Please be aware that some community amenities are seasonal and may not be open during your stay
- This home is located in a secure, gated, private community. After booking, you will be required to fill out a rental registration form, including your contact and guest information, that will be emailed to you by the guest contact. This information must be completed at least three (3) days prior to your check-in date. The name of each guest must be written down on the registration form to exactly match their photo ID. Each guest must bring a photo ID with them to present at the security booth. Anyone not listed on the registration form or who does not have a photo ID will be not be permitted to pass the security booth and may not enter the Big Bass Lake community
