« This is our second stay. When they say 1 step above camping that is misleading. By that I mean, if you have camped, this is 20 steps above camping. You have a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It has a screened porch, a deck and right on the pond. There are lights and outlets to charge phones and there is service for phones! This is better quality then most hotels for the money with the exception of no running water and outside (clean) bathroom. So, if you see this and you are...

« Location, cleanliness, amenities were all a 10, but the downstairs bed was hard as a rock, and the others were so so. Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a great vacation visiting Acadia and the surrounding area. »

« Plenty of space for our family of 9. Kitchen was well equipped. Granddaughter loved the wooden ship play set. Bicycles and kayaks were great additions to amenities and were enjoyed but some needed maintenance for improved comfort would be good. Hot tub was very well chlorinated. »
