« Globalement correct. Je n’ai pas pu faire mon check-in le soir de l’arrivée à cause d’une correspondance ratée, en arrivant le lendemain matin ma réservation a été annulée et même en faisant une nouvelle réservation on ne m’a pas laissé récupérer la chambre avant l’après midi (ma chambre non récupérée devait pourtant être prête puisque j’aurais du la récupérer la veille…) La responsable a quand même acceptée de rembourser une partie de l’ancienne réservation via le support hôtels.com qui est un...

« Arret seulement pour dormir. L hotel etait propre mais a de l age. Elle aurrait besoin que quelqu un aille visser plein de support. Tout plein de petit truc facile a arranger qui aiderait son premier cou d oeil. »

« I didn't have the breakfast so I don't know what it was like, however I did go to the pool and the reason I choose this hotel was because of the pics of the pool with all the floaties in it and it looked so clean. I was with my two young grandkids and that's what we were expecting. Although I'm sure due to COVID a while ago they were removed, however with proper cleaning of the floaties, a least a few would be nice. But I did enjoy my stay, staff was excellent!!...clean and nice facility. I...

« it's a nice place for a short term . They don't clean the room every day or even clean the garbage . good for one night not more . »

« On street parking. Room was immaculate. Bed mattress was wonderful. I slept well. Bathroom and needed supplies was perfect. Tea and coffee service was average. Lex the 3PM front desk person was outstanding. The morning staff needs to be better versed as to where breakfast shops are. I was told that they didn't live locally and had no idea. I did have a early flight and tea wasn't available until 6:30 am. I thought that was a available 24 hours . »

« I did not use the bar. Parking was secure but doesn't seem large enough when there are big trucks in the lot. I get that they are staying at the hotel but some took up 2 or 3 spaces. Hotel was excellant! Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay! »
