„Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite. “

„Everything was amazing. The bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking and the shower could have been hotter but really overall was an amazing train car caboose experience. They did an amazing job fixing up the caboose. I just hope people take care of the caboose while they use it. Also I would recommend a sign in book. It would be cool to see who uses the caboose. “

„Spent 3 nights in this lovely condo at Zermatt Villas. One of the cleanest vrbo places Ive stayed in. Comfy bed, lots of extra linen and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Its a 2nd floor unit and elevator available but long walk to actual condo. Once there you have lovely views out the window of apple trees and the grounds. Horses and deer outside which was lovely. „he house is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed there for a week for a family reunion and a wedding, and it was perfect. The location is excellent, and the amenities are beyond amazing — a huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even four pickleball courts. „I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is ...
