Check in was a little complex because of building security. Clearer step by step check in instructions could be helpful, but it was a minor inconvenience.
At any rate, we ADORED everything about this unit. This is our fourth summer trip to GH, and this exceeded every other home weâve stayed in by far. It's gorgeous, clean, the kitchen is well appointed, and the memory foam topper saved me from the extreme back pain I normally experience while traveling. The roof access was perfect for the fireworks and drone shows (though I wouldnât recommend for the Musical Fountain due to a slight obstruction). Steps away from Washington Ave, this location cannot be beat!
We had a unique situation traveling with extended family where we needed to leave another home and stay here for the last two nights of our trip. Kyle was very accommodating in working this out with us and even allowed for early check in. Sadly, the building allows pets, but he does not. Our Frenchie was able to stay with family for those two days, but that is my only complaint. I do understand and respect why the restriction is in place, though I hope he might reconsider for return renters *wink, wink, nudge, nudge* :). I only wish we could've stayed here for the duration of our trip!
