« We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

« Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying. »

« The studio was decent but located on the ground floor with single glazing (so it was a bit noisy) and the shades were not obstructing all the light. Good communication and clear instructions from the team though. »

« L’appartement est très bien placé à 5 mn de Big Ben. L’agencement est top ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre. Tout est pensé pour les courts séjours avec les indispensables fournis. On s’y sent bien. Supermarché à 500 mètres qui permet de faire quelques courses. Le simple vitrage laisse un peu passer le bruit mais comme le quartier est calme ce n’est pas dérangeant. »

« L’appartement était propre, conforme aux photos et bien situé. Par contre il faisait très chaud et nous n’avons pas réussi à baisser la température du logement. Aussi c’était très bruyant car fenêtres simple vitrage et avenue très dynamique. »
