The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. « Top ! Tout était nickel ! »

« Très bonne adresse, très bien situé et très bon rapport qualité/prix. Il faut simplement accepter l'idée que les sanitaires soient communs pour chaque étage. Accueil très sympa. »

« Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it. »

« Greeted at the door by site manager and given a tour of the facilities. We had the private ensuite room and was everying we needed. The shared kitchen had all the kitchen stuffs you would require. The house in down a long drive that's very bumpy so don't bring your sports car. Unfortunately the weather was not good so we will have to be back to explore the area again some time soon »

« Phenomenal stay at the Sail Loft. I stayed a few nights after the Kadampa meditation retreat and absolutely loved my stay. The location is excellent, amazing walking opportunities and the beach is a 30 second walk from the front door! You can get whatever you need from the coop in town. The place is well heated and all cooking and cleaning amenities are provided. Place was spotless on entry and had everything I needed. Amazing price too 10/10 & I’ll be back soon »

« Cheap and convenient for a short stay »
