« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville. »

« The unit had not been cleaned prior to our visit and did not match the photos. We arrived at 1am due to a delayed flight to find this place looked nothing like the pictures. The main light was missing the light cover. The secondary light would not stay on due to a short. The bathroom had a single squirt of soap left. The rug was missing in the main room. The nice duvet in the pictures was replaced with a plain blue duvet. The outlets show signs of damage. The vinyl floor is poorly repaired in...

« This place is a fun, unique rental with beautiful night skies filled with stars. Spacious deck with beautiful views. For a tiny home, it has all the amenities you would want. We went riding just outside of Georgetown. Georgetown is a wonderful small town vibe. Amazing sandwiches at the market. Call ahead they get busy!Ryker was great to work with. Thank you!! »

« Strong smell of cigarette smoke, many dead and alive bugs on the floor (worms, spiders, etc). Shower handle fell off, hair and plant material were stuck in the towels. We left and had to pay to find an alternative place to stay. »

He makes you feel welcome and he’s always attentive if you need anything and I couldn’t ask for a better host the facilities are very clean and very elegant and I like the whole taste of the studio and I hope to stay with him in the future »
