« Home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Very cute and clean. My boys enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball too. We had a little issue with one of the air conditioner wall units and the host was able to get it fixed right away. Short walk to the lake, but be prepared it is uphill almost the entire way back. I suggest driving first to check it out. Overall very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again. »

« Property is very well kept and the secluded location makes for a slow start to the day with lovely cup of coffee or tea on either porch. My biggest complaint would be that the outdoor tubs were not heating up. There is very little lighting outside so if you want to soak at night, make sure you take your own lanterns or flashlights, and if you are elderly or have a hard time getting in and out of beds that are on the floor or practically on the floor, this might not be the spot for you. « What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time! »

« Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time. »
