Overnight Stay
This was an overnight stop during a trip to West Virginia. The location was easy to find right off of I-64, the room was clean, comfortable and the check-in staff was very friendly and professional.

This just goes to show that Expedia does not know what the h*** they are doing. I had to cancel the trip. Because they don't take debit even though they charged in my debt. And I had to get ahold of my bank to reverse the charges. So I would have given this an excellent review if I was there. But I'm actually so in Florida because Expedia are idiots. Rude and unhelpful idiots, i'd email them and called them. And they still can't seem to get it through their thick skull. What a joke.

The room was nice and comfortable. The facility looked dated. It probably was quite the happening place in its time. There is a bar there with a limited menu. The bartender was nice and served us food even though it was 9 p.m.

DON'T HAVE A DISABILITY!
Room was clean but was supposed to be accessible for those who have a disability. NO GRAB BAR AND NO SHOWER BENCH IN THE TUB!! Really?Also, no hangers and no facial tissue. My husband had to wait until our next hotel to get a shower. Disappointing.

It’s called Quality Inn, but quality it ain’t
The good part was the room was kinda clean. The bad part was the entire place was badly run down. There were random stacks of cardboard boxes in the lobby, there was a carpet zip tied to the railing on the stairs, and alarmingly enough the door of our room was badly cracked near the deadbolt. The super 8 across the street was far better looking, at least from the outside. There was a sign by the doors leading to the halls stating that a room key was required to access the hallway or stairway, but the lock was not functional. This place is the jank motel. If the price is right and that’s what you’re looking for this is your place. You will not however find quality within.

We had booked & paid for 1 room with king bed for 2 nights. (4/14/23 & 4/15/23) However, after watching cockroaches climb on our clothes & run across the bathroom floor that first night I was CREEPED OUT! But, it was late & husband was already asleep, so i decided to stay that first night. When I got into bed I noticed something on the floor next to where I was to sleep. IT WAS A BUG TRAP FULL OF COCKROACHES & MISC BUGS!! I could not sleep!! We left in the morning (4/15) to attend my nephew's Celebration of Life memorial. After we returned to the hotel I went to the office to get a refund on the 2nd night (4/15/23) The hotel clerk refused to give me a refund! He offered to move us to another room, but I refused due to cockroack infestation!! He told me I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. SO, HERE I AM DEMANDING A REFUND ON THE 2ND NIGHT SINCE WE NEVER STAYED AFTER OUR RUN-IN WITH ALL THE ROACHES!

Kinda gross
Was having the roof worked on so kinda noisy. Hotel was kinda dirty. And the breakfast offered was some prepackaged pastries or over ripe fruit. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

RV hotel travel
We were on a 9-week cross country road trip in our RV. Our travel plan got interrupted and I wanted a hotel room. I was really looking for a hot soaking bath but their water gets hot in the morning.. not at night. The hotel is very nice.

When you first walk in strong odors. Room was not clean daily only until I complained at the front desk each day after 6 PM. The icing on the cake was on the last full stay last day, after asking the for the room to be cleaned early. the room was partially finished being cleaned the room door was left unsecure. There was no sign of anybody cleaning anymore rooms at 9 PM. When I complained again the front desk they just didn't seem to care.

No problems with the stay and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. COVID appropriate - everyone wore masks and I was given a personal size hand sanitizer. This place has done some remodeling and looks very nice. I know they probably have parking lot repaving on their to-do list, and then the outside will look as perfect as everything else. That’s not a complaint, though. I will definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised in my stay here. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and recently remodeled.
