« Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology. »

"Très bon séjour de 4 nuits au Tempo by Hilton avec ma femme. Chambre propre, hôtel bien tenu, rien à redire sur ce plan-là. L’emplacement est vraiment l’atout majeur : à deux pas de la Maison-Blanche et du métro, ce qui facilite grandement les visites du National Mall et des musées de la Smithsonian.
