« We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience »

« Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. »

« Absolute perfection! The property is stunning. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The proximity to Windsor Park made for many lovely walks. The cottage is fully stocked with every convenience and we were greeted with a splendid basket of treats and delectable food.Hamish and Susie are the most fantastic of hosts. « Perfect location and accommodation - with lovely ‘touches’ left by the host. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Very ‘high end’ finishes and appliances.Host was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Happy to highly recommended. »

« This is a perfect place to relax and unwind if you're looking for peace and gorgeous farmland. Lots of footpaths nearby, including a nature preserve. A car is necessary to get to nearby attractions like Stonor Park or Waddeston but it would be possible to spend a long weekend here and walk to a nearby pub or creamery that makes decision cheese. Lots of farm stands too, to stock up on locally raised produce. We used the kitchen a lot and found it adequate for all our needs. The family is lovely...
