„The house is cute with nice details. The location is very good - near many things including University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital. The kitchen & downstairs bathrooms were clean. The living room had a nice TV and comfortable furniture. However, the house is not being maintained as it should be - on arrival there was a wet washcloth and an obviously dirty, stained towel in the upstairs bathroom. The shower curtain was hanging off the rod because there are not enough hooks to hold ...
