« The place is a dump. It was dirty with food underneath furniture, mold in the refrigerator, rust stains anllnover the outside and paper towels filling out holes in the ceiling next to a fixture. Not sure how this passes a fire hazard inspection. The garden is unkept and the was litter lying around the AC unit. Just disgusting. »

« The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay. »

« House was very clean and the inside was beautiful. There were so many games and great items already available at the property for families who are traveling with littles. Location is great for beach travel and so close to many activities that the city has to offer. However we felt that the outside pictures didn’t hold up to the real outside of the property. There were also ants getting into the primary bathroom through the window, which doesn’t give the most luxurious shower experience. The host...

« What a charming place to stay! They take their gator theme seriously and the decor is perfect! Access to the property was simple and close enough to everything we planned to do. Eric was quick to reply to all questions and take care of our requests! »
