The Space:

Winter is family season here. This townhome sits minutes from Elon for exam week pickup in December, Holiday Magic in downtown Burlington on the second Saturday of December, and the Winter Term return in January, and it has room for the whole family for Thanksgiving week. Four bedrooms and three full baths give grandparents, parents and students a room of their own. Cold evenings are made for the gas fire pit on the back patio, and a week or longer in January is an easy stay with a full kitchen and laundry in the house.

Upstairs, you'll find a private and comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone.



• Owner's Suite: A spacious retreat with a King bed, two walk-in closets, including a steam closet to refresh your outfits without an iron. The en-suite bathroom features double vanities.

• Additional Bedrooms: Two more bedrooms are perfect for kids or additional guests, each with a full-size bed and a single-size trundle, providing a total of six beds across the home, plus the sleeper sectional in the living room.

Parking: Two reserved spaces are located directly in front of the townhouse. HOA guest spaces along Kelso Lane near the mailboxes are first come and cannot be reserved, so larger groups should plan to carpool.



Car Travel: Most restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are within a 5–10 minute drive. Access to I-40 and I-85 is only minutes away, providing quick connections to Greensboro, Durham, and Chapel Hill.



Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are both available locally for easy, on-demand transportation.



Public Transit: Burlington has limited public transportation options, so a car is often the most convenient way to get around.
