This beautiful little house is exactly what you see in the pictures very clean and fully stocked . We had a very peaceful relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again next year.

Carolina Calm

This bungalow is tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with quick and easy access to all the comforts in High Point. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked, the living room is comfy and the front porch offers a great place to enjoy coffee and a good book. And the bathroom is as charming as the photos indicate. Katie is a gracious hostess and fantastic communicator. I enjoyed every minute at this special property!

So charming I didn't want to leave!!

Clean, clean, clean...We loved out stay here. It was so peaceful and cozy. I enjoyed listening to the morning chorus on the front porch. And the interior was so thoughtfully decorated. I feel like I stepped into an HGTV episode. I hope I have a reason to visit High Point again just so I can stay here again!

Great experience!

We were in town for my daughter’s lacrosse game at HPU. This home had all we needed and we were even able to have a home cooked meal with our daughter in the great kitchen. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Classy, clean, comfortable, quiet, great location!

This is a lovely guest house with a modern appeal and updated style in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's immaculately clean, decorated beautifully, well-stocked, and the furniture (bed, reclining couch) is very comfortable. Location is far removed enough that it's peaceful and quiet, but is just minutes away to restaurants, shops, the college campus, etc... The owners live behind the guest house and are super friendly and welcoming while at the same time the way the property is set up it allows for plenty of privacy. There is a long private driveway for parking and I enjoyed the large patio at night watching the fireflies. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway

We were traveling around the area daily. This lovely cottage was well-located, quiet, clean, exactly as advertised. Very well outfitted, and very comfortable. Should we have the chance, we'll be back and stay again.

The Little White House

My husband and I recently enjoyed a three night stay in The Little White House. In town for our son's graduation from UNCSA. The location of this unique home although in High Point, still was only 20 mins to Downtown Winston Salem. The Guest house reminded me of my Grandmothers home, warm, cozy, clean, comfortable, and inviting. This unique home had many extra touches, that shined throughout. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and close to High Point. You park off street on a dedicated driveway next to the home. This 1br. guesthouse was clean and well appointed. The full kitchen contained new appliances throughout. Snacks and some beverages were provided to enjoy your stay. My husband is a coffee drinker and, I myself drink tea both were there in abundance. The home has a rustic feel to yesteryear but is accompanied by modern touches of today with remote blinds throughout the home, what a plus. The Living room has a very comfortable sofa and sitting chair to enjoy a large screen TV that has major streaming apps. Incorporating the rustic feel, the bedroom and bath have barn sliding doors. A queen-size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful which had a ceramic stone tiled shower with a small sitting area included. Little extra touches included toiletries, make up towels for myself and large fluffy bath towels that my husband loved. If you are looking for a distinctive comfortable place to stay we highly recommend this home!

Perfect stay!

The guest house was super cute and clean. I stayed there during move out time at HPU. It was about 10 minutes or less to campus. The guest house had everything I needed and Katie, the host, was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Will stay there again!

Better than a hotel!

This place was well appointed, comfortable, and CLEAN. The Instructions were clear and lights and such were all labeled. The owner provided coffee pods, sweetener, and creamers along with lots of basic cooking needs. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter at High Point University.

One of our Favorite stays!

This small house is perfect for a single or couple. The space is exceptional and the decor was homey and relaxing. Lots of detail went into planning this get-away space and we’d definitely book again. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient. Host was wonderful with communication and even put the porch light on for us given our late arrival.

Best VRBO Ever...

The owner was highly responsive, they did a beautiful job on this property, and already rebooked. It was very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and I wish I could keep it a secret, but that's not good for business. The fireplace with a remote was such a plush, the automated window shades made it easy to let sunlight in, so thoughtful to include snacks in the kitchen, thick and thirsty towels in the bath and good lighting. I've had some sketchy experiences with rental properties, this renewed by faith that quality places are available and this one will be my go to.
