« Not the best experience, even if space is well-appointed1) The door lock is a keypad & it stopped functioning on our 3rd day. We were locked out of loft 3 times & the code would not work. They couldn't figure out why/what was happening. After 2 lockouts they sent someone to change batteries, didn't help. They tried locking/unlocking the door remotely (a little scary from a security standpoint) - didn't work consistently. 3rd time lock seized & they left us standing in the cold with no solution....
