« The stool rocked when you sat down, the baseboards needed a good scrubbing with dark spots present. You can tell that the cleaning staff does a good job with the day to day work. Breakfast was as expected. Air conditioning was great, staff was nice, the room was clean. »

« I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasnât until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50 »

« We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you arenât going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it »

« the rooms were mostly clean, floors could have used a quick sweep lots of hair everywhere. we got a 2 room suite, came with a 2-bed 1-bath room, a 1-bed room, 1 extra bathroom, living room, kitchen appliances and dining table. absolutely everything you need for the whole family. we did not get breakfast here since we used the kitchen. parking is tight. staff was amazing. itâs not 5 star beautiful, but if youâre on a budget, this is the place to go. »
