« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm.
Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« The good news is that the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately we were woken up at 12.30 am when security and the night receptionist banged on our door. They were dealing with a difficult guest but had the wrong room!!
Additionally the bathroom sink was blocked and the deadbolt on the door did not work.
Not a great experience, and after being disturbed and a little shaken from the midnight drama there was little sleep and peace of mind. »

« No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...
