Hôtels familiaux à Grimsby, Angleterre

« First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. The only thing I would add to the room is a small fridge. The breakfast (included in the price) offered many options. There are many shops nearby (including a supermarket) and some...

« The staff were not the most helpful. We were attending the wedding of my brother in law and wanted early access to our room to get ready. They said they would 'try'. It was 1.55pm when we were given access - the checkout time was 11.00am and the wedding was due to start at 3.15pm. They should have prioritised our room but I felt they were just being awkward. The room was ok for the price. The breakfast was good, but they still tried to charge us for it even though we'd paid for it the night...

« Liked all. Continental breakfast but loads to choose from. »

« Mo was great, sorted any issues and was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again. »

« Housekeeping staff always very friendly and carry out an excellent job. Room always clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. In fact all hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food. »

« Big room with only one radiator. Room was cold on entry . Put heating on full and room was warm in about 2 hours . 2 single beds pushed into make a double . Spend some money and get a double mattress. Bathroom very adequate and functional. Plenty of parking . Not a bad stay . »

« Tres bel hotel, confortable et calme. Grandes chambres et immense salle de bain. Restaurant au top. Je recommande les yeux fermés. »

« Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast. »

« Very kind helpful staff, excellent amenities, tidy and welcoming. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers. »

« Lovely overnight stay. Nice breakfast. Bathroom a little dark with having black floor and walls but clean. Nothing we didn't like. »

« The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

« The sheperds hut was very clean and situated in a lovely setting the staff were friendly and helpful »

« Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches. »
