Dear Richard Thank you for taking the time to give us honest feedback regarding your stay. We are incredibly sorry that you were not able to enjoy it 100%. We have gladly consulted with the various departments so that we can evaluate these points of criticism and find a preventative approach.Our SPA team must of course remain authentic and must therefore find a balance when exceptions are made, as we can of course also understand our guests. In that sense, our SPA staff have tried their best and you were able to go to the SPA with your child in the evening.We would also like to apologise that you had to wait so long for your meal/that the main courses took so long to arrive after the starter.Regarding the transfer to the railway station at 05:00 in the morning, we were unfortunately unable to offer you a better alternative, as our night porter is alone in the hotel at this time and is not allowed to leave reception. This meant that the lady at reception the evening before could only suggest the only taxi company in Grindelwald, which unfortunately had no capacity.This is not intended to be an excuse, but only to lead to a better understanding.We would be delighted if you would give us another chance and hope to see you soon !
