« Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. « Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...

« Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess. « I'm a repeat visitor to La Marvella, and it continues to be a solid choice in Bangalore. The location in Jaynagar is great — central and convenient for getting around the city. The Executive King room is a decent size and comfortable, though the bathrooms could use an update. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a real difference during a stay. The breakfast buffet is good as well. Overall, a reliable option and I'd stay here again. »
