Hôtel près de Grotte du Tigre, Madras, Madras

« Wonderful stay »

« No one was there at reception when we arrived … two families with luggage.. worst location.. no electricity in the middle of the night .. no AC or the fan working no one there to listen »

« The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming. »

« Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...

« oui négligè et draps sales .. »

« We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the...

Literie parfaitement convenable . Personnel discret mais e l’écoute . Par contre , wifi … pas au rendez-vous. »

« Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊 »
