Great new hotel in GDL Centro. The staff were amazing!! Special mention to Ana the customer service manager who went above and beyond for us during our stay - Thank you Ana! My rating would have been 5 stars but the hotel did not honour the Expedia VIP GOLD status room upgrade even though there was a higher grade room available online when I checked in and this was the main reason I chose this hotel.

They're customer service is excellent, the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and big. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The hotel is very new and everything is very modern. The room was spacious with in room nespresso, large well appointed bathroom, phone controlled in-room safety deposit boxes and very nice linens. The staff was very helpful and the drinks at the bar were good. Great location, five minute walk to the cathedral.

Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy bonito y elegante, su comida exquisita, y la atencion de todo el personal excelente, muy amables. La habitacion muy cómoda, hubo un poco de ruido de la calle, no todo el tiempo, pero si de repente algo alta. Volveriamos sin dudarlo y lo recomedamos ampliamente.

What a fabulous hotel. New, clean, modern - top spec facilities (electric curtains, top spec nespresso, spa - which we didn’t get the chance to use). Very friendly staff. Breakfast was superb - and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, on Sunday there was live music for a brilliant brunch vibe. We also ate one evening at the restaurant (Alba & Celeste - same place as breakfast) and can highly recommend it. Overall just 10 out of 10. We had a brilliant stay at this lovely hotel.

Muy bonita terraza, el personal es super amable, serviciales, la alimentos a la hora de la comida esta ok, pero el desayuno esta muy bueno. Lo que no nos gusto es que si llegas en auto es complicado, no tienen un espacio donde estacionarte comodamente, tienes que bloquear la calle para poder bajar con tu equipaje y es una calle bastante transitada.

Wonderful design hotel in the city center of GDL
My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!

When I arrived at Origen 438, I was enchanted by the minimalist and beauty of it. The staff was incredible and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, staff was always helpful. Food was excellent and the room was always clean, spacious, lots of hot water. Shoutout to Ruben for always helping us out. Very convenient location if your interest is downtown vibe.

Had a good time
We arrived a little bit before 15:00 but they accept to check in. The room is very clean and had a good time. The rocation is very near by Catedral. Unfortunately,even though there are only four or five customers but we can’t reserve spa service.

FABULOUS HOTEL
My cousin and I absolutely loved this hotel! Would give 10 stars if I could! Beautiful room and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was such a huge surprise as both the food and presentation were outstanding. Arther and Abraham were so attentive to our dining experience. Joshua at the front desk was such a gentleman who walked us to our room when we checked in and even walked with us nearby to grab a cab. It was just the BEST!!!
