« We had a great stay and enjoyed the clean rooms and spacious villa. Juan was receptive and made our visit pleasant. »

« そもそもチェックイン方法のメールが来ず、電話しても留守番電話になり、結局現地で途方にくれた。 貴重な家族での海外旅行が台無しになった。 »

« Was placed in a different property for the same price and new property was much larger. Had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet and they responded right away and corrected the issue. The following day, we had a problem with the clothes washer and again they were on top of it. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights but our job got extended and they accommodated us to extend our stay. I always try and stay at one of her properties. Been doing it for 4 years in a row multiple times a year. »

« ***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

« WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks. The place...

« We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. Both Dina and Queen were easy to reach, welcoming, and responsive. The home is in a beautiful and quiet location close to the Navel Station. The home is at the end of a...

« This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. It's an ideal property for those of us who stay for a week or longer - travel for a living & do not want to eat out 3 meals a day. Much more space &...

« The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

« We booked this unit specifically because it offered an early check in and we did not have to relocate during our stay WRONG!Arrived Monday morning for early check in. No response to messages left on What’s App. Which is what the owners/managers requested way of communicating 2 hours later told that we could not check-in early but could check in early at another location but would have to relocate back to original location in 3 daysAs we had been traveling for quite a few hours we accepted this....

« The apartment was good for my coworker and I. Clean and convenient to the Pay-Less grocery store »
