„We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. „The employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and always keen to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was great, many options and more than enough. I loved the balcony in our room, the staff was happy to bring us chairs to the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. The only minus was, that it was quite expensive during the new years week and that you could smell the canalization from time to time in the bathroom.“
