Guildford mainline station is a short walk away with direct trains to London Waterloo, and the A3 puts the rest of Surrey and the south coast within easy reach.



The apartment works well for couples, small families, business stays and visitors to the University of Surrey and the Royal Surrey hospital. Everything is kept simple and hands off, so your stay is easy from start to finish.



The Space:

The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa (which also converts to an extra bed), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and relax, and a restful bedroom set up with a double and a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower. The home comfortably suits couples, small families and small groups.



Guest Access:

You have the whole apartment to yourself. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check in details are sent shortly before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Mount Pleasant sits just moments from the centre of Guildford. You are within a short walk of the cobbled High Street, the riverside, the Yvonne Arnaud theatre and a great choice of restaurants and independent shops. Guildford mainline station is close by with direct trains to London Waterloo, and the town is well placed for the University of Surrey, the Royal Surrey hospital, G Live and Guildford Cathedral. The A3 is a short drive away.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to your own guest portal. It brings everything together in one place, from step by step check in details and the wifi, to our own local guide with the best places to eat, things to do, events on while you are here and the spots we would happily send our own friends to. The practical bits are all in there too, like parking, how the appliances work and checkout, so you can settle straight in and enjoy the area without hunting around for answers.

A quick tap to accept our terms and conditions, so we are both clear on the essentials from the start.



A short ID verification. It takes a couple of minutes and helps us keep every guest and every home safe.



A small, non refundable damage waiver. We would rather not tie up a large amount of your money in a deposit, so instead of holding a big sum we include this low cost waiver. It covers minor accidental damage during your stay, which means there is no large deposit to find up front, nothing frozen on your card, and nothing to claim back once you have checked out. Genuine accidents happen from time to time and this simply takes the worry out of it for you.
