« Wir hatten als Familie (vier Personen) ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten gebucht. Bekommen haben wir aber ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das wĂ€re schon Ă€rgerlich genug gewesen. Noch schlimmer war die Reaktion des Hotel-Managers, der erstens, extrem schlecht Englisch konnte, und zweitens meinte, dass dies genug Platz wĂ€re.
