The unit was 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, as advertised. The floorplan was good, as shown. We had plenty of hot water and the bed linens were clean. That describes the good information about the property.It looks like the property has suffered from neglect and lack of maintenance. Some of the poor items we noted are:*There was a large hole (maybe 60 sq. ft.) in the ceiling of the carport. The hole was directly under the furnace.*Weeds were overgrown (2-foot and taller) around the entire structure, up to the concrete. The landscaping people came while we were there and cut most of it down. Many plants were 1/2-inch in diameter. Trash was strewn everywhere.*There were 4 old, trashed charcoal grills in the carport area.*The storage area by the carport was filled with junk. A very old & moldy golf cart, trashed chairs, trashed canopy, trashed beach toys, etc.*The screens were ripped and flapping in the wind on the screened in patio.*The taller chairs on the screened patio were completely rusted, some in pieces, and unsafe to use.*The towel/clothes hooks on the screened porched were rusted and nasty.*None of the bathrooms utilized the soap and shampoo mounts in the showers.*Paint was peeling in one of the showers*The sink wasn't attached to the vanity in one of the bathrooms.*There was mold on a shower curtain.*The foosball table and air hockey table were both broken.*The family room furniture is in fair condition, at best.I have pictures of everything.
