With 3 bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a shared swimming pool and mulitple outdoor living spaces, this inviting coastal retreat offers everything needed for a memorable beach getaway.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for gathering and unwinding after a day in the sun. Relax on the comfortable sofa, settle into one of the cozy armchairs with a good book, or your favorite movie with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the spacious dining talb enad breakfast bar provide seating for up to 10 guests. For outdoor dining, enjoy meals poolisde at the picnic table.

The main king bedroom, located on the first floor, features balcony access overlooking the sparkling pool and an adjacent bathroom. The pool can also be accessed from the ground level for added convenience.

Upstairs, a serene queen bedroom opens onto the front balcony, offering stunning views of the Gulf's turquoise waters. The third bedroom of this duplex provide twin-over-full bunk beds. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.
