« Gnats in the room from the moment we opened the door. Bed was like concrete, slept on the couch. Ice makers were not functioning and had to buy ice. Had to pay for parking when there was no other option to park anywhere else. Every time I asked for something it was as if I was trying to steal something. Bartender tried to charge me $8 for a 12 ounce beer. When I said I didn't want one he said $6.50. I said that's better but I still didn't want one. Seems like this place is more interested in...

« Staff members were friendly but short on employees. Our room was not ready after showing up 45 minutes after standard check in time.
The toilet paper holder in room was broken along with shower knob that controls water temp completely fell off.
The WiFi connection went out for over 2 hrs resulting in our family not being able to watch television out use electronic devices.
The indoor pool had children’s food floating in bottom as well as by the filter opening for several nights.

« Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit. »
