For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, a TV, direct balcony access, and a private bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for a couple. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and shared bathroom, perfect for the little ones.

Additional amenities include outdoor barbecue grills conveniently located at the flagpole between buildings 1 and 2, as well as access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Guests can also use the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools during the winter months from November to March on an alternating annual basis as maintained by the HOA, providing comfort during the cooler months and offering more options for relaxation and fun.
