    Einheit 1413 ist auf der 14. Etage. Dieses tropische Paradies ist eine zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer mit einem Medienraum.

    Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Master-Bad. Schiebetüren führen zu einem einladenden Balkon und Panoramablick Blick auf den Golf, lauschen Sie den Wellen, wie Sie schlafen. Das Master-Badezimmer ist komplett mit eigenem Zugang zum Balkon und separatem Jacuzzi-Badewanne und Dusche.

    Schlafzimmer zwei hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer.

    Dieses Gerät bietet auch ein Media-Raum mit einer Reihe von Twin-Size-Etagenbetten.

    Das wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung umfasst auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit modernsten Geräten, Waschmaschine und Trockner, und WLAN.

    Die Annehmlichkeiten sind unübertroffen mit zwei Golf Front-Pools, ist man ein Null-Eintrag Pool mit spritzenden Wasserfontänen, die Kinder lieben. Great place

Second time we've stayed here and already booked next year. Only complaint is the washer and dryer... Washer only fills about 1/8 full no matter the setting and dryer takes 1.5 hours to dry a small/medium load of towels. Everything else is EXCELLENT.

Gulfshores vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everthing was as expected. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We picked this unit because of the doors from the bedroom leading to the balcony so we could here the ocean at night. If i had any negative comment was that there was an odor coming from the kitchen sink. But otherwise we would make sure and book this suite again

The condo wasn’t very clean upon arrival. The floors were dirty and covered in sand. Within 10 minutes of being out of the shower our feet were black from walking on the floors. The condo and the whole complex has cockroaches Inside and out….which was very very disturbing to see. Another member of our family was shocked/electrocuted from trying to plug in his charger two separate times... We informed the company liquid life and they didn’t do anything to make this situation right. When I come to the beach I don’t want to have to deal with these issues for the amount of money that was spent. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Condo Review

Here is a pro/con list about property. Pros Balcony furnishings - 10/10 TVs in bedrooms Beach themed decor Kitchen counters Clean microwave No carpet only hard floor Lighted outdoor hall Location Communication system/app Liquid Life Price of this condo was cheaper for two bed/ two baths than others. Other reviews stated a stained couch-It looks like the couch was replaced. Cons Needed extra deep cleaning inside condo unit and on balcony windows/railings. No luggage racks. No overnight security that I seen. No beach chairs included. Curtains in living need washed /replaced. Bed skirt was ripped and had stains- needs replaced in both bedrooms. Extra bedroom bed mattress and box springs was old but topped with memory foam that sunk down. Bathroom showers could be updated and showing wear. Vaccum and broom needs to be updated. Washer and dryer was older and dryer loud. Random thifted looking items in EVERY closet: old corded phones, dvd/vhs players, Lamps, etc) Curtains in extra bedroom have light coming through all night needs darkening curtains. Better /updated signage needed at property. Going in a side elevator I had trouble finding office. Parking was not included with stay and was an additional $50. Parking spaces very narrow. Overall we had a nice stay. We have stayed at lighthouse before and the building is showing more age. Lots of cosmetic and maintenance updates could happen in common areas. I would rate the unit average.

Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely loved it! The condo was super nice and we loved the decor and colors throughout. The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, could enjoy it all hours of the day even if we weren't outside. Location was perfect and short drive to various restaurants which were delicious. Will definitely come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

It was clean, attractive, convenient, had plenty of elevators, and well stocked with cooking utensils. However, there are no food supplies. I have rented properties that provide basics such as coffee, salt, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, hand soap, etc. A little shower gel was provided. Understandably, this one and likely many beach rentals do not have any food items. This particular condo is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes,etc. It has a Kuerig and a Mr. coffee machine but no coffee filters and coffee. Nice pools and beach area with beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent. The condo is near Sea N Suds restaurant and the Alabama State Lodge with a cross walk to the park with trails, picnic tables etc. Bikes available for free but need to reserve. Overall, a nice place to stay.

My only issue was the maintenance noises that began around 130 pm on Saturday and continued until around l 7 that evening and then began around 7 am the next morning (Sunday). I know things like that need to be done, it was just loud drilling and hammering while I was suffering from a migraine. I was thinking it might stop a little earlier and not begin so early in the morning. Not a huge issue- I get that things have to be fixed. I love the text check in and out and the unit and property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were also adequate for our needs. The kitchen was stocked fairly well, with a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig (which was a nice surprise), pots, pans, baking dishes & cookie sheets, plates, glasses, silverware. Some appliances could use an update: the stove is an older, coil top type, but the stovetop and oven do work well. The refrigerator was nice, but the freezer was very slow to make ice, so it really couldn’t keep up with our need for ice for drinks, even though there were only 4 of us in the condo. The living room area was spacious and had undergone some changes from the photos on the site. There is now a large, flat screen TV hanging on the wall across from the sofa, which is a big improvement from the one shown in the tv stand. Also, the picture makes it look, to me, like the sofa is leather, but it’s not. The sofa that was there was about the same color, but it was fabric. It was very soiled and needs to be replaced, or cleaned, at the very least. I was very uncomfortable with even sitting on it. Everything else in the condo was very clean except for it. Overall, it was a good vacation experience and I would rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated nice and the location great. The floors were very dirty had to keep shoes on or feet would be covered in dirt and grit. I realize hard keep sand out of condos but do need to try clean and mop sometimes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter, granddaughters, and mother made a quick pre-holiday get a way to the beach for a couple days. We also own a condo in the Lighthouse but our condo was occupied during this time, so we decided to rent a smaller condo for our stay. The condo was clean and had plenty kitchen amenities. However, the furniture does need to be replaced. Someone came to clean the sofa, but we turned them away as we didn’t want to sit on a wet sofa. And it really just needs to be replaced. The location is perfect the the Lighthouse is one of the best condos on the beach. As we use another rental company, it was good to check out another company’s way of doing things. I guess the biggest disappointment was the lack of towels and wash clothes. I bought wash clothes for our stay. And we washed towels every night. Overall we had a great stay. And i am probably harder to satisfy than the average renter since i have a condo of my own.

Great view

Over all great property and view. I would go back there but I was just hoping to have a better mattress I all the rooms to match the impressive mattress in the main room. Also there was a couple cockroachs in the balcony that showed up every night and can't control from where they come from outside. But that didn't effect my overall experience. Thank you

No furniture on the balcony

The balcony was very high on our list. The view was Impeccable. However, there was no outside furniture. My mother, who has limited mobility was planning to spend her week sitting in the chaise lounge pictured on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Without a chaise lounge her stay was greatly negatively impacted. Without a chaise lounge her legs swelled, causing more pain and decreasing her already limited ability to walk. Over all the condo was fine. Amazing Gulf views, nice condo building, a lot of elevators, nice pool and hot tub, great beach access and covered parking. Parking garage is a little tight. Leave the extended cab dually at home. The pillows and chair cushions in living room could use updating, well past there prime.
