Spinnaker Pointe est un endroit fantastique pour vos vacances en famille. Situé au cœur de Gulf Shores, il est juste en face de la plage et pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Être de l'autre côté de la rue ne signifie pas que vous n'avez pas de vue ou d'accès - cet endroit a tout, laissez les photos parler.

À l'intérieur du condo, vous trouverez trois chambres généreuses et deux salles de bain complètes. La cuisine est grande et ouvre sur le spacieux salon et salle à manger. Le balcon est immense et offre une excellente vue sur Gulf Shores, y compris le sable de sucre et l'eau émeraude.

À l'extérieur de l'unité, vous trouverez un espace barbecue, une belle piscine et un parking couvert pour deux voitures. Vous êtes à proximité de tout. Une fois vos vacances ici, vous partirez prêt à planifier votre prochain voyage dans les magnifiques Gulf Shores!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères sont susceptibles d'être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

We were close to everything, shopping, restaurants and the beach. The worst part was we were on the top floor and with one with knee trouble and another with back and knee trouble the steps were rough. But it was a beautiful condo and a great place to stay. Also was very affordable.

Nice property. The property was spacious and very nicely decorated.Overall clean but you could see short cuts with house keeping. Dirty cover on roll out bed. Dirty dishes placed back into cubbard. Dirty freezer where something had spilt. Check in was ok. The office employees were very nice. I wished there was a way to leave keys at rental. You had to go to office and pick up keys to property and return at the end of your stay.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay again. The beach is maybe a five min walk lots of eat and shop. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location

Overall we had a great experience. The location was perfect; right across the street from the beach with a convenience store/grocery next door. My only complaints were that the sheets had hairs stuck to them on all three beds. They did seem clean other than the hairs we found and the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and had mold in it. Overall was a good stay for the price and we would consider renting again because the cleaning company delivered clean sheets to us and we bought prebrewed cold coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. We had one minor issue with one of our beds but it wasnt a game changer. The property is clean and close enough to the beach to walk. The parking was fairly easy to get in and out of.

Girl Scout trip

The condo unit was a great space for our Girl Scout trip. Pros: *The location was right across the street from the beach. *Nice decor *Friendly community Cons: *There was some delay in check in which is frustrating after a 12 hour drive *There are no regular drinking cups (only ones for alcohol) so be sure to order some on your Walmart order. *The bottom bunk was full of sand and stained. We vacuumed it and then bought our own sheets for sanitary reasons. Consider bringing sheets for that bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

As soon as we opened the door we were met with strong smell of fish. We realized a big bag of unopened fish sticks were completely thawed on the counter as well as a couple garbage cans had not been emptied. And the refrigerator and freezer smelled worse! The next day we started seeing a couple "bugs" in utility room and kitchen. We dismissed them as being roaches because I guess we didn't want to believe that's what it was. But on the last morning I videoed the said roaches.

Spinnaker Pointe

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at Spinnaker Pointe! The condo was very spacious & clean. There is a storage unit on the ground floor to store all your beach stuff! The condo had a nice deck on the front & back. The pool was a nice place to sit & relax. We had such a great time! It was only 1 block to get to the beach and so many places to choose from to go eat. Even the local Walmart was close by. Can't wait to come back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was well-maintained and perfectly located for what we needed - away from the masses, easy access to beach, convenience store next door, pool right next to condo. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Put money back into the house!

For as much as we are all spending a night to stay here they could really put money back into the home. The location was great. The house was great minus a few things. The furniture in this house is disgusting. I can’t believe they rent it out with it looking the way it does. We put sheets over it so we could sit on them. The linens need a good washing they are also stained. The outdoor furniture is so rusted and broke. They need to throw it out. Other then that our stay was great. The house was clean.

Location was amazing. Provided walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Beach access was close as well. The unit was not very clean. We found items left by previous family in the beds. Top bunk railing was broken. Living room furniture looked like it was pulled out if the dumpster. Patio furniture was rusted and unsafe for use. Beds still had sand in them so I assume they were not cleaned. Showers were nice and good pressure. Pool was on the small side but fine. Overall we enjoyed our trip but it was definitely not because of the condo.

When we first got to gulf Shores check in was very smooth. We had to pick our keys up from a different location at the property manager site. That was no problem at all. They were friendly. Upon arrival to the condo the outside lookEd nice. The area of G.Shores itself is perfect. It had several different locations nearby restaurants, shopping, a great little corner market, and activities. You do have to walk a little ways to get beach access but again, no problem. Those things mentioned there were great. For the unit itself: It was very unclean, the furniture was stained, the unit itself needed many repairs. I documented and took pictures. I followed up with the property management company and explained to them about the unit. Those issues were not going to deter us from our vacation. The property management company offered to give us the cleaning ladies number to call. We agreed. When we called the number that they gave us the cleaning lady proceeded to tell us that she no longer worked for Poole and Associates and she would not be able to help. So we decided to not worry about it and clean it ourselves what we could. I reached back out to Poole and Associates and informed them of what she said. I also explained to them that we were not going to let this deter us from our vacation. They said they would send maintenance out to the unit once we checked out. I said that was fine. All in all the location was great but the unit itself needs work. We still had a good vacation even though a pandemic had just been declared.

Nice Spot

It was only a mile walk/drive from the big intersection. A very good location. The pool was smaller, but we were often the only group that used it as there were limited amount of condos for this pool. Overall it was a good experience, I do wish there was a more direct access to the beach, we had to walk a couple blocks for access.

Beautiful condo and Great location. Smoke alarms are expired and needed new air filter.

Overall this property was great. We would definitely consider renting again. I would only add that if you are someone that cannot handle stairs, this property probably would not be for you. Great location, great views, and very convenient to grocery stores.

Family vacation

The property was really cute and a good location. Unfortunately everything was shut down while we there so not much to do. The pool was wonderful. It could use more kitchen supplies actually ended up having to buy pot and skillet to be able to cook for us since we couldnt go out and eat.
