The Space:

Welcome to Lani Kai 120, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with space for up to 6 guests. The open layout makes it easy to relax together while still offering plenty of room to spread out.



🛋 Living Area

The living room features comfortable seating, a Roku Smart TV, a DVD player, and sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy fresh coastal air and views overlooking the community pool.



🍽 Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes the appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A coffee station with both drip and single-serve coffee makers makes mornings easy. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter.



🛏 Primary Bedroom

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. Professionally laundered linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.



🛏 Second Bedroom

The second bedroom includes one queen bed and one full-size bed, making it a flexible space for children, friends, or another couple. This bedroom also has its own Roku Smart TV and a DVD player.



🛁 Bathrooms

The condo includes two full bathrooms, giving your group plenty of space to get ready before a day at the beach. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels and essential toiletries.

An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use, making it easy to refresh clothes and swimsuits during longer stays.



🌴 Balcony & Community Amenities

Relax on the private balcony overlooking the pool area. Lani Kai offers two separate swimming pools divided by a fence, including one reserved for adults and another welcoming families with children. Guests can also enjoy the shared BBQ area and dedicated beach access directly across West Beach Boulevard.



🚗 Parking

Your reservation includes parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Space is limited, so oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, private balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer.



You will also have access to Lani Kai’s two shared pools, including an adults-only pool and a family-friendly pool, along with the community BBQ area and dedicated beach access directly across West Beach Boulevard.



The condo is accessed by an exterior staircase. Your reservation includes parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Lani Kai is located along West Beach Boulevard, close to the heart of Gulf Shores while offering a convenient home base away from the busiest beachfront areas. Dedicated beach access is directly across the street, making it easy to spend the day by the Gulf and return to the condo whenever you need a break.



Restaurants, beach shops, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions are just a short drive away. You will also be close to the main Gulf Shores beach area, The Hangout, Gulf State Park, mini golf, and other popular coastal activities.
