A huge great room on the main floor gives everyone plenty of space to gather and share meals. The kitchen is stocked with 3 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ranges, and a long breakfast bar, with a large commercial ice machine just off to the side. Drip and Keurig coffee makers and every other essential for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner make it easy to cook for the whole group. Entertainment is close at hand, too, with a game room featuring billiards, a shuffleboard table, and a video game table, 3 full-size arcade games in the entry hall downstairs, and a theater room with comfortable seating for movie nights. 3 bedrooms sit just off the theater room: a handicap accessible King bedroom with a private bath and roll-in shower, a second King bedroom with a private bath, and a bunkroom with a Full-over-Full bunk and a private bathroom. 2 half baths round out the floor, one off the kitchen and one poolside.

8 bedrooms, all with private baths, fill most of the top floor. 2 beachfront King bedrooms open directly onto the porch and share an adjoining sitting area. Of the remaining bedrooms, 3 are King suites and 1 has a pair of Queen beds. The final 2 bedrooms each combine a Queen bed with a Full-over-Full bunk and a Twin-over-Twin bunk, along with a private bathroom featuring double vanities and a water closet. 2 laundry closets add everyday convenience to this level.

Outside,a porch looks out over the expansive poolside deck, which has room for dining, lounging, and play, with a table and bar for al fresco meals, a private heatable pool, and chairs and loungers for soaking up the sun and breeze. On the ground floor, a charcoal grill and additional seating areas make cookouts and beachside barbecues easy. Just across the dune walkover, a stretch of private beach delivers all the seaside fun you could want, and an outdoor shower and the poolside half bath make rinsing off salt and sand a breeze.

Resting Beach Place sits on West Beach Boulevard, 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59, just moments from everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
