Tooth & Nail is an attractive home; Kimberly, the property manager is nice. The listing indicates the space sleeps 10, but there are only 3 beds (6 sleepers at most). The sofa does not make into a couch. Once I realized this (we had 7 in our group) --after reserving the house -- Kimberly kindly offered to cancel/refund my money. We decided to keep our reservation because most of the other properties were booked, and we have stayed in that neighborhood in the past and like it.
Two of the 4 lightbulbs were burned out under the carport (where we grilled - a little dark) and the handle/twist knob to the outdoor water hose was broken off. We had to use pliers (thankfully my husband had some in his truck) to turn on the water - otherwise we would have had no way to rinse the sand off our feet before entering the house. Upon arrival, I told Kimberly about the light bulbs and water hose knob; she said she would have someone come out to replace bulbs and the hose knob but it might be Monday before anyone could get there. Nobody ever came. I recommend taking slides or house shoes to wear indoors; the floor is plywood and felt sticky.
Overall, the house is nice, and the pool table provided hours of entertainment. The beach was close, clean and not crowded. We had a nice vacation. It was great to get away during this pandemic and still feel safe!
