The surrounding Tamar Valley is full of scenic walking trails to explore, following the river, along quiet country lanes, or through ancient woodland. You're just a short drive from the wild beauty of Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor, the charming fishing harbour of Looe and the world-famous Eden Project is with 30 miles. Nearby National Trust attractions include Lydford Gorge (13 miles) and Cotehele (3 miles).

This stylish villa has a reverse-level layout and is lovingly furnished to a high standard. After an action-packed day, unwind in the spacious and sociable open plan space where an array of comfortable seating is set around a Smart TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen area with everything needed for a self-catering holiday, along with a breakfast bar for perching with a morning coffee. Rounding off the space is a large dining table with bench-style seating; perfect for sharing mealtimes as a group. In summer months, throw open the patio doors to the balcony for indoor/outdoor living. All three bedrooms are located downstairs and feature linens and plenty of storage for all your holiday attire. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom and a separate shower room.
