Overall satisfaction, but why wasn’t the pool and hot tub working? I was looking forward to enjoying it. I live in Guymon and just wanted to get away for a couple of days and swim and get in hot tub.

Not as advertised.
Room was advertised as sleeps 5 with a sleeper sofa. Room only had two queen beds. Room wasn’t big enough to get a rollaway in either. Front desk person says we have no rooms like that and said other guest had same complaint. Hampton website shows room that sleep 5 and 6. Neither the front desk person in the evening or morning know what they are doing.

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the address given when put in the maps went to the Beat Western down the street.

Relaxing Stay
The staff were Awesome and the room was large with microwave, fridge, desk chair, couch. The room was nice and the rest room and shower were Great. Overall my rating would be 10 out of 10 !!

Check in process very frustrating
Check in process was the worst we've ever experienced. Desk person would not give us a room until the confirmation # came through on their email. Also said there was no wifi available in the lobby which meant we could not check our email. Very frustrating to wait so long.

Excellent stay, beds are very comfy!
Stayed there while traveling across the country. Great, clean, friendly place. Would 100% recommend. Front desk staff were very helpful. My reservation was not showing up and she promptly figured it out and got us in our room. After a long day of travel we were very appreciative.
