„Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. “

„Absolutely stunning location! Big beautiful house for our family get-together. We loved the pool and sunset views from the house + terrace. Alex was really nice and welcoming, made sure we had a great time and gave us tips. We only wished the end cleaning had started after checkout (vs on our last morning).“

„Geweldige mooie “cottage”, van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Goeie communicatie en checkin door Marixeni, die haar best doet alles naar de zin te maken (zoals boodschappenpakketje voor de eerste ochtend, top). Verder hoefde ze niets te doen want alles was schoon, werkend en compleet (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Zwembad was ook schoon en top! Ligging is verder prima: mooi uitzicht over Pyrgos (10 minuutjes lopen en je zit onder de plataan).“

„A really well equipped high standard villa. Stunning views down to the beach and the sea. Great pool with lots of loungers and shade and completely sheltered on windy days. So many outside eating and sitting areas - really comfy, beautifully outdoor lighting, lovely balconies. Great aircon, all bedrooms ensuite, well equipped kitchen. And the host was really responsive. „We had a lovely stay in this unique place. The communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The terraces are all comfortably furnished and I really enjoyed watching the sunrise over the sea from one of them. The pool is really a treat ! It is great to pick your tomatoes and other vegetables in the garden! You should know that there are around 80 steps to reach the house and another 40 to reach to beautiful top bedroom. „We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa Gaia on Syros. The house from the late 18th century is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are both tasteful and practical, made of natural stone. The fitness room with the jacuzzi has a fantastic view. Although all this was already wonderful, it is surpassed by the magnificent, large estate with many olive trees! „We had a wonderful stay in this property. It is located close to Azolimnos Bay which was close to the house and a great beach spot. House and pool are gorgeous and communication with owners was easy and efficient. Property is located on top of a hill so extra windy and we initially needed assistance getting there. However owners were able to guide us to the home. We had a lovely visit - highly recommend! “

„We are a family of 5 and had an amazing week in Vathi Bleu. The view is nothing less than overwhelming (you are literally sorrounded by the sea), the propoerty is beautifull and well maintained, and Fotini, the property manager, is extremely nice, intelligent, welcoming and helpful.
