Cabanes à Habarana

« The place is really beautiful, and the gardens are very well looked after. The only small downside was our terrace : some of the wooden planks were a bit worn, so you had to be a little careful not to trip. The hotel is quite unique and very well located, close to Minneriya safari and the famous Lion’s Rock, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. The staff were all very friendly, and communication was easy throughout our stay. The only point to note is that the meal service can be a...

« We absolutely loved our stay at Taru Villa. The place is stunning, the rooms are decorated with taste and attention to detail, and the hotel overall is truly splendid and perfectly human-sized. The restaurant is delicious with a very talented chef — special mention to the Sri Lankan breakfast, which was as generous as it was tasty. The staff is extremely attentive and lovely. I therefore highly recommend this hotel, which for me is one of the best in Sri Lanka. The only small point is that it...

« Very nice hotel See you next year again. »

Allgemein...

« The room was clean and had its own patio area. The owner was so helpful and kind, i’m checking in on me throughout my stay, give me suggestions of where to go, helped me arrange rides, made me feel safe and that he cared. I would highly recommend this place, especially as a solo traveler. »

« Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....
