We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right. »

« We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment. »

« Great house in Sea Pines, 7 - 10 minute walk to the lighthouse when you use the path behind Sea Pines shopping center. This house is in a quite neighborhood and it appears some of the neighbors are year round residents while other properties are rentals. I do wish one of the beds in the second bedroom was a true queen. The beds in bedroom 2 are a bit tight for two grown adults who are in good shape. Otherwise, this property is a great place to stay with plenty of space in the kitchen/great room...

« On arrival we noticed a large patch in the screen door. The next mishap was a large puddle of water on the counter and floor from the ice maker. Okay. Ugly patch in screen door and no ice maker. Rest of this home was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Now comes property management staff. Can’t praise them enough!! Particularly Chrissy who answered my texts at all hours. This group is the best. Anything you request, they are on it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! »

« This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above. »
