Lovely hotel, rooms great size and food excellent, especially breakfast. Only downside was the rooms were freezing and it didn’t matter what I did could not get any warm air in the room

I have stayed here twice and will again in Hail. Absolutely huge rooms and well appointed. Since the previous stay, the maintenance has not kept up. Gym and spa fixtures were out of order. Parking is not organized. Disposal of room service is delayed.

Truly magnificent place for very reasonable price. Very spacious room and bath, everything is clean and well-maintained. Jubbah rock art site is approximately 1h drive on excellent highway.

It’s great hotel in Ha’il however the service not at a 5 stars hotel level, room service not picking up the food tray, the housekeeping not covering all rooms where some trash basket kept for 2 nights in front of the room

Will definitely repeat!
This hotel is an absolute oasis in the beige desert. Check in was easy, staff spoke English well. The hotel was nearly immaculate, and I had zero problems when I stayed there. The on-site restaurant was amazing, and the room service serves the same food, at perfectly reasonable prices. I can't wait to return!

The place is very good 9/10, breakfast ok 6/10 only the fact that variety is not that much but quality and taste 9/10 staff 10/10, rooms 11/10, the only downfall is that is too far from the city 25 minutes drive if you need anything. BUt all in all, one of the top hotels that I have stayed in Saudi ...

Millennium Hotels are a worldwide luxurious hotels but not in Hail! I stayed here twice and had an acceptable stay but not a five star stay. The carpet in the hallway had bumps, the water after a 10 minutes shower was all over the wc with no good drainage. The toilet flushed once and was stuck filling in with water all the time which had annoying sound. I asked for a discount at the reception as a faculty from the UoH but had no clear answer.

The hotel is great but needs improvements on management and room service other than that they are fine. Also it’s very far from the city so I don’t recommend staying there if you don’t have a car because Uber doesn’t reach you there.

Best hotel in Hail region
Room including bathroom space is very wide and clean. Only negative point was Chef was not available for breakfast where we expect hot meal like scrumble eggs.
