To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options:



Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

1 sealed box of 10 trash bags

1 small soap + shampoo/conditioner set per bathroom

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

1 bottle of liquid laundry detergent

Salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil

1 washcloth per guest (available upon request)

For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.



🕓 Check-In & Check-Out



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



📌 House Rules



🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine + costs for odor removal. 💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $150 fine if violated. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $150 cleaning fee if ignored. 🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.



🛡️ Security & Noise Monitoring



For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property has exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house for outdoor monitoring only — there are no cameras inside the property. A noise monitoring sensor inside the home ensures compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances; this device monitors sound levels only, no audio is recorded.
