« The room itself is lovely nice an roomy beds are comfortable and you're able to cook if needed, the huge plus with this room is the owner Ryoji he bent over backwards to help us, honestly couldn't be happier and would recommend this to anyone. unfortunately we got sick at our stay here Ryoji took us to the chemist two times an made sure we got the correct medication. »

« hard to imagine a greater contrast between a property and its location. it's situated in an amazingly privileged placement. as far as I can tell it's the only ski-in ski-out accommodation in the area. just strap on your board or skis and you're 30 seconds' glide down to the lift. the only issue about the location is that there are relatively few places in walking distance, and the shuttles stop running early - so be prepared for longish walks or a taxi back from dinner at night. the prime...

« Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was small but okay. Rooms were a good size but I wasn’t really happy with the room cleaning. I stayed 5 nights and my sheets weren’t changed once. That would normally be okay except my partner had an unexpected nosebleed and got a little bit of blood on our doona and it sat there for 5 nights. When our room would get ‘made up’ the staff would just reposition the doona, where they would clearly see the blood, instead of changing it. It was just a bit gross...

« 15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation. »
