« Convenient. It was not the property I booked or that I saw on pictures. I got a different property on the 1st floor not the one listed. Also the master bathroom shower handle wasn’t working so we didn’t have warm water »

« This was definitely not two bedrooms. There was what should’ve been a walk-in closet off of the bedroom, but it had no windows and no ventilation. There was a bed in it, but it did not have a separate entrance and would’ve been really claustrophobic. There were no top sheets on the bed. There were roaches. What was advertised to be a place to eat was a thin table with stools that was flush against the wall with the television on it Inadequate kitchen. I could go on and on Grossly...

« This is a great place to stay! Easy check-in, very clean, responsive host.The place is a little dated. The kitchen is cute and lovely, easy to cook in- my only note is it is pretty spare when it comes to cooking utensils. But the location just can’t be beat. It is super close to the performing arts center, and it’s a lovely walk there. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come to Orlando! »

« Do not waste your time with this fake listing. I’m still waiting on VRBO to refund me for this terrible situation. The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions...

« Great location when we stayed for a conference at the Orange County convention center. Easy to walk to Publix groceries, stores and restaurants. Condo itself is nice with easy access to pool, lots and very updated interior. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative is super light on toiletries and cooking basics. Not even salt and pepper and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. We were made aware of this before checkin just surprised as we rent a lot of places and it's never that...

« Process of booking and communication with host was very easy. Host responded very fast to messages. The condo complex was nice and close to the entrance. A little noisy because of that but not terrible. The place was clean and comfortable with only minor wear and tear. Had to go out for an extra toilet paper roll, there was only one. Also could have used an extra blanket as our first night was cold at night but no extra linens. Also couldn't get the roku remote working but we have the roku app...

« Great place to stay for convention at Hyatt »

« We have stay at this resort previously, although not in this same unit. This is a first floor unit and is very close to the pools on this side of the resort. Check in process is simple and quick. The unit was clean and comfortable. We requested an early check in and this was confirmed. On our arrival at the early check in time, the unit was still being cleaned. However, I did request the early arrival very last minute so it was understandable that this may not have been clear to the cleaning...

"J'ai aimé l'accueil et le petit déjeuner . L'endroit est calme et reposant. La vue sur la piscine est magnifique. La Chambre est propre et impeccable avec tous les accessoires dont une femme peut avoir besoin... Revoir la baignoire qui prend un peu de l'âge. Le personnel est très serviable et à l'écoute du client. Très beau séjour... J'ai aimé. "

"L'hôtel est très bien situé avec 6 restaurants variés auxquels il est possible en moins de 5 minutes à pied depuis l'hôtel. Les environs sont calmes et tranquilles pour se déplacer à pied."
