The home was so charming—felt like it was straight out of a Hallmark movie, It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The home was exactly as described, everything you need for a delightful stay. The kitchen had everything you needed and the host had so many special touches throughout! We appreciate their thoughtfulness! We all really hated to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at this early 1900's house which was spacious and a had awesome veranda. The Good Lord provided cooler temperatures and lower humidity during our stay, so we could enjoy being outside with the family. All the added amenities made the visit special and comfortable for all. The beds were comfortable so we got a good nice sleep too. We would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area, especially if you have a large family. Our visit was filled with wonderful moments and memories.

What an amazing place! The home was even better in person. Beautifully restored and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also perfectly situated a short stroll from restaurants and the city square. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.

Wonderful place!

The host was very attentive, even calling to check on us during a heavy rainstorm. The home was very comfortable and the host went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. It’s a beautiful antique home with plenty of space and enough modern conveniences to make it easy on everyone. The neighborhood was lovely and most people waved at us when we were sitting on the porch relaxing. Would definitely highly recommend this property.

A most livable home. We lived all over the house. Spent loads of time on the front porch, played cards in the game room, and hung out in gathering room.We really enjoyed walking around the little town and visiting Hamilton Ice Cream EVERY evening

We Didn't Want to Leave

We had a gathering of five girls who met in college over 40 years ago. This home was perfect!!!! The side porch was right off the kitchen and very private. We had coffee there every morning while we enjoyed the roses.We spent our evenings cooking in the kitchen and dining on the front porch. The pantry and kitchen were both extremely well stocked with different sets of dishes, glassware, and every kind of cookware you could imagine. Cleaning supplies and kitchen towels, etc. were provided in both the kitchen and laundry room.The bedrooms were ENORMOUS and well-equipped with comfy beds and linens. Two of us slept in the back bedroom with two beds - if you have children, this is the most PERFECT room for kids! They have all the toys you could ever imagine for little ones, and there's also a game closet right off the "back" door foyer. Both bathrooms had ample amounts of toilet paper as well as towels, and the bedrooms had robes.The living room was also very large, and that's where the tv was. We never turned it on! There are several dining areas in the house, but we spent almost all our time on the front or side porch because the weather was perfect while we were there.It's one of the top three girls' weekends we've had, and we treasured every moment of our stay. You have to take the time to read the book with Rosemary's story and that of her friend, Jean. Just lovely. Very special.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time. The lovely house was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable. The ice cream shop and sub shop are within walking distance. There were great snacks in the kitchen when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. My dog loved the fenced in area.We hope to go there again.

Best VRBO ever!

We spent a long weekend at Rosemary’s Cottage with our two sons, their spouses and our 1 year old grandbaby…it was the perfect vacation! The home is in a beautiful community with a sandwich, ice cream and coffee shop all within walking distance. The home is beautifully decorated with antiques and was also full of Christmas decorations for our holiday stay. Its proximity to Warm Sorings and Pine Mountain along with its charm and all the special touches left for us by the owners made it our family’s favorite VRBO to date! We will definitely be back!

Best Stay Near Callaway!

This home made our vacation amazing! Once I stepped inside I fell in love with the 1901 charm that’s shown throughout the home. Not to mention the cleanliness! The hosts are incredible and very responsive to messages. Our family of four had the best time here! From porch front swinging to playing board games, and toys this house really felt like home! Its location was perfect for everything we wanted to do & explore. I highly recommend staying at Rosemary’s Cottage! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our host was wonderful and everything was easy to do. The house looks even bigger in person than it does in the pictures. Two adults, two teenagers, and our dog were all very comfortable. Good wifi, generous welcome gift, and a beautiful place. Walking distance to food and coffee.

Quaint house & location

House was built in 1901 and the teens that traveled with us were fascinated by the old ways of house building and the neat historic accents of the house. Perfectly located! We were in Hamilton for a horse show at Poplar Place…literally a 6min drive to the barn! Katie the host was great at answering questions & giving food advice. We will stay at Rosemary Cottage again!.

Stay at Rosemary’s Cottage

Staying at Rosemary's cottage felt like stepping into my grandmother's home, where every corner revealed a delightful surprise that brought back cherished memories. The walls whispered stories of laughter and love, and each room seemed to invite us to explore its treasures. Hamilton, with its quaint charm, gave us a sense of safety as we strolled through the streets. We couldn't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for this experience, where time seemed to slow down.
