« The grands enjoyed swimming every day. Kayaks were fun to watch wildlife in the bayou. »

« This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep...

« Loved our stay here! The cottage had everything we needed and is a great location in Folsom. Owner was wonderful- great communication, helpful, and accommodating to add an extra night after initial booking. We’ll definitely rebook the next time we’re in the area. »

« Excellent stay! Very responsive host. Clean. Would book again! »

« Says sleeps 16. We were able to do this however that is with utilizing the two futons which are very hard and uncomfortable, and two on the sofa. And we had to pull bedding off of beds to have enough bedding. We were told a washer would be available but it was not where we were told it had been moved into cabin but was not hooked up. Otherwise nice cabin. Beautiful location. »

« We rented this VBRO property for a weekend to bring our boat on the Tickfaw River for the annual Fireman's Fund Poker Run. Property is very close (maybe 100 yards) to the Riverside Marina which has a nice boat launch, fuel, and store. We were able to launch the boat the bring the truck and trailer back to the VBRO. Property is very well maintained, clean, well equipped with very nice decor. Excellent communications with the VBRO Host who was very accommodating. Will definitely return to the...

« We absolutely loved the glass house! It is very beautiful and clean and has great views! »

« The home was very clean and well maintained, and the décor was tasteful and inviting. It was clear that the hosts put effort into making the space look nice. However, the amenities were fairly limited and didn’t fully meet our expectations. The layout of the home also wasn’t very practical, making it less comfortable than we had hoped. In addition, the ventilation could be improved, as some areas felt stuffy and lacked good airflow.Overall, it was a clean and nicely decorated place to stay, but a...

« This was our first vacation with our 8 year old and 4 year old. Our 4 year old said ‘it was the best place she’s ever been. It was from another planet!’ 10 outta 10! Our 8 year old has since begged us to build a house just like it because he wants an upstairs play room. My husband and I feel in love with this place. It’s cozy, private, and personable. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation with just you and your family. »

« Everyone in the family was comfortable and the house was lovely »

« We stayed for the weekend with our two boys and dog. The house was the perfect spot for us. It has a very convenient location in town and by the lakefront. there was plenty enough room for all of us we would definitely rent the house again »
