« The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo. »
