„Beautiful view, a very comfortable room, very hospitable, friendly and helpful owners, and a great breakfast with home made jams - our choice of a hotel in Rotorua couldn't be better. We were warned about the Rotorua smells, but at this location we were at a perfect distance from them and didn't feel any. I wish we could come back here in summer time!“

„The property was unique, comfortable and the host goes above and beyond. Important to know; The facility is a duplex though very private feeling. It is 20 min from Hobbiton, 75min from the glow worm caves. Each side has a unique character, dedicated parking, mostly private deck, bbq, and their very own outdoor private heated spa. The lovely pristine little suite features a very comfortable bed, a small sitting area with very rural views (cows and sheep very close by). The only downside to this rental is its distance from amenities tho there is nice hiking in nearby Otanewainuku Park.“

"Die Umgebung riecht bestialisch nach faulen Eiern. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Die Fugen waren schwarz und die Fliesen verdreckt. Die Abflussstopfen war wegen des Drecks stark verfärbt. Die Mechanik der Tür wirkte wie die eines Scheunentors. Es gibt keine Kleiderhaken und nur einen Mülleimer im Badzimmer. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Ich war froh, als ich den Ort endlich verlassen habe… "
